Fit & Sizing Guide
We strive to offer industry-standard sizing across all of our pieces so you can shop with confidence. Because every body is unique and because performance fabrics and bra constructions can vary - we strongly recommend checking your measurements before selecting your size.
For the best fit, use a soft measuring tape to measure:
Underbust: around your ribcage directly beneath your bust
Bust: around the fullest part of your chest
Comparing these measurements to our size chart will help you choose the size designed to support you best. When a style has a unique fit, compression level, or design detail, we note it directly on the product page so you can make the most informed choice. A well-fitting bra should feel secure, supportive, and comfortable without digging, slipping, or restricting movement.
Legacy Fit vs. Updated Fit
Based on feedback from our community, new inventory now follows our Updated Fit, while some earlier pieces may still be labeled Legacy Fit. Legacy Fit items will be clearly labeled on the product page so you know exactly which sizing system applies.
Our Updated Fit was redesigned to improve overall sizing and consistency. If you previously wore our Legacy Fit, you may be able to size down in the Updated Fit. However, sizing down will create a more compressive, snug fit. If you prefer a tighter, held-in feel, trying one size down may work well for you. If you prefer a comfortable, all-day fit, we recommend sticking closer to your usual size and reviewing the size chart before ordering.
