Do you ship Internationally?
International orders (including Canada) are FINAL sales and returns or exchanges will not be accepted, unless prior arrangements have been made. We are not responsible for international orders that are lost in transit. We currently do not offer insurance at this time. While most orders do arrive, some are subject to delays and we cannot guarantee arrival once it has left our facility.
Shipping Delays: (Up to 25 Business Days) Most of Asia, Australia (14-21 Business Days), Denmark, France, Germany, Latvia, Portugal, Spain, Italy, Slovenia, Belgium, Greece, and Mexico
Where’s my package?
Current Processing Time: Processing times are currently 5-7 business days (usually MUCH quicker). We process orders with a small team at our warehouse and do our best to get packages out as quickly as possible. Thank you for your patience and supporting small businesses.
Shipping: We ship all our items using USPS or FedEx 2-day if you choose upgraded shipping. If you are in need of one of your products ASAP, then we suggest you choose one of the upgraded shipping options.
Out of stock items: If a product you purchased is out of stock temporarily, we will hold any additional item(s) purchased until all products are in stock and ready to ship. If this happens, we'll notify you by email.
Holiday Shipping: We do not ship on major holidays and we are closed for several days during Thanksgiving and Christmas weeks. Please refer to our current processing times for updated holiday shipping information.
Postal Service: After a package has left our facility, we are no longer responsible for the package. Please contact your local USPS office for more information: 1 (800) 275-8777.
Tracking says it's been delivered: It's common for carriers to scan a package as delivered before they actually deliver it. Give it 2 days or so to show up in your mailbox before contacting USPS. If 2-3 days have passed and you still haven't received your package, here's a tip that we've found works best: print out the tracking information, write a note to your local carrier and stick it in your mailbox. Let your carrier know you haven't received the package. This usually works better than calling customer service. If this doesn't work or you still haven't received your package, please contact your local USPS office for more information: 1 (800) 275-8777.
What if I don’t love my order?
Here at KFT Brands, we strive to design, package and deliver the highest quality products as possible. When you decide to shop with us, it’s because you want the best of the best. Although we really want you to feel comfortable in our apparel, we understand everyone is unique.
If for any reason you aren’t satisfied with your purchase, you can return any item within 30 days from your delivery date for a full refund or store credit (not including shipping). We stand by the efficacy of our products, so if you have any questions before purchasing, please reach out to us.
Regular priced items may be returned for store credit or exchange.
Sale items cannot be refunded or returned.
Custom prints and/or cuts such as the "Lacey Cut" are final.

Once we receive your return please give us 3-5 business days to process your return.
To receive a full refund or store credit:
- Item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition you received it
- Item must be in the original packaging with the original tags intact
- We will not offer credit of any kind for items that have perfume, bodily smells, or are damaged in any way, and we reserve the right to return partial credit based on our discretion for such damages.
We are not responsible for damages that occur while wearing, trying on or washing your item. If you receive an item that is damaged, please email our customer service immediately at bvela325@gmail.com and provide photos for a speedy resolution.
Can I cancel my order?
We aim to be as efficient as possible in our order processing, so many of the orders are processed for shipping within a few hours. Therefore, we do not accept order cancellations. Additionally, due to the limited nature of our products, all orders placed potentially keep products from other buyers unfairly. The ONLY exception to this policy will be made if the improper size was purchased and the customer repurchases the correct size. Packages that are refused by the customer will be subject to a refund minus their shipping costs and will be treated as any other return.
What are the shipping costs?
We ship via United States Postal Service (USPS) First Class, UPS Ground, and UPS 2-Day options. Orders are shipped within 3-5 business days (usually MUCH sooner).

Please know that you will be responsible for any import fees that your country may assess upon arrival, including duties, taxes, customs clearance fees and brokerage fees. Please be aware of the fees for your specific destination, as we don't want you to be surprised at the fees when your package arrives! International shipments CANNOT be marked as GIFT, and the exact value that you pay for the item must be declared on the customs forms.

How do I know which size to order?
At KFT Brands, we use industry-standard sizing charts. Please be sure to check the sizing descriptions for each product.
